I have the feeling they’re looking to recast Shailene’s role now that she’s associated with other big movies.

Whether or not she walked off the set, she read the script beforehand and was fully aware of what content the film was full of. 

She willingly chose to do the film despite knowing what her role in it consisted of, which was a rape-joke cameo. 

The whole point of my post is to remind people that they shouldn’t victimize her, when in reality she hasn’t done anything noble, she still chose to participate. 

It has non-stop rape jokes and a lot of violence against women in the film. All at the expense of “comedy.” Now, it’s a shame, I enjoy a lot of the comedians being featured in this film, but the content of it is just ridiculous. What is even scarier is the rave reviews it’s receiving and the amount of public praise. 

I’ve noticed a prevailing pattern with people justifying Emma Watson’s decision to participate in This is the End, as if she was forced to do the role, yet she read the script beforehand and has even stated in interviews that she thought it was “hilarious” and “had to do it.” 

I will reserve all further commentary, you can all see where I’m going with this.
